Liah Wellness Center offers wellness services, including but not limited to holistic therapies, massage therapy, nutritional counseling, and wellness programs. All services are subject to availability and may change at our discretion.
3. Appointment and Cancellation Policy
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance via our website, phone, or in person.
- Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a price reduction.
4. Payment and Refund Policy
- All services must be paid for at the time of appointment unless prior arrangements have been made.
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
- Refunds are not provided for completed services. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment for resolution.
5. Health and Safety
- Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to treatment.
- Our services are not a substitute for medical treatment, and we do not diagnose or prescribe medications.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any client if we determine that the service is not in their best interest.
6. Code of Conduct
- Respectful behavior is required at all times. Any form of harassment, inappropriate behavior, or misconduct will result in immediate termination of services.
- Clients must adhere to our policies and staff instructions for a safe and pleasant experience.
7. Liability Disclaimer
- Liah Wellness Center and its staff are not responsible for any adverse reactions, injuries, or complications resulting from our services.
- Clients assume full responsibility for their health and wellness decisions.
- We are not liable for lost or stolen personal belongings.
8. Confidentiality and Privacy
- Client information is kept confidential and used only for service-related purposes.
- We comply with applicable privacy laws and do not share your information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
